You’ll need the following:
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of shredded chicken
- 2/3 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup of celery
- 1/3 cup of red onion
- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt-based ranch
Directions:
First, add the shredded chicken to a bowl with some buffalo sauce, chopped carrots, crispy celery, and red onion.

To shred your chicken, put it to a boil with some salt, an onion, and garlic. Then, shred it by hand. Or, to make things easier, use an already cooked rotisserie chicken.
Next, pour in the ranch and give it a good mix. The spicy buffalo chicken pairs well with a cool ranch dressing. Season it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Then, layer the buffalo chicken mixture over a bed of lettuce and serve with a handful of crackers and a couple of slices of crunchy red bell pepper on the side.
