When it comes to protecting your child, there’s no such thing as staying quiet, and TikToker Rocky Gildean (@rockyjames95) is proving exactly that.
“I’m currently going through it with the public school system, involving an incident that happened between my 10-year-old daughter and a 5th-grade teacher,” Rocky began.
Dealing with the situation has been incredibly difficult. This teacher allegedly touched his daughter inappropriately on August 27, 2025.
The moment he found out about it, he showed up at the school first thing in the morning to speak with the principal. The principal promised to run a formal investigation against the teacher, and he would hear back from them soon.
But after two weeks of silence, Rocky decided to take matters into his own hands. He ended up having to file a Freedom of Information Act request with the school system to view the school’s investigation files, incident reports, complaints, suspension notices, mandated reports, and the video footage of everything that went down.
“I was lied to by the principal,” Rocky stated. “They’ve done everything they can to keep this situation quiet. So, for the next however long it takes, I’ll be posting videos of my interactions with the school and how this process goes.”
In a follow-up video, Rocky revealed that everything he asked for had been denied, except for the teacher’s job application and resignation letter.
The reason that the school gave for denying Rocky the information was that the teacher had resigned, so, according to them, the matter was closed.
He also asked for disciplinary action to be taken against the teacher, but the school declined to do so. This led him to contact the Attorney General to seek their opinion.

Another video showed Rocky speaking at a school board meeting. He publicly called out the board members and the school district for failing to address serious issues affecting not just his own daughter, but other families as well. They gave a dismissive, lackluster response that left him and his viewers furious.
Rocky says he won’t stop until his daughter and other students in the district get the justice they deserve. Many viewers applauded his determination and encouraged him to keep pushing onward.
“You’re showing your daughter exactly how much her safety means to you. This is one of those defining moments where we as parents have to do the right thing. They need to know we will protect them at all costs,” stated one viewer.
“I’ve learned that the school cares more about their reputation versus the safety of its students. It’s a broken system. Keep fighting,” commented another.
“I’m proud of you for fighting for justice for your little girl. Post everything and don’t be afraid. They will try to silence you or scare you into silence. You’re doing great!” exclaimed a third.
