Growing up, TikToker @scaredandsobbing was hated by all her teachers at school for some reason. But there was one teacher in particular who just could not stand her.

It got to the point where her mother, whom she calls the teacher whisperer, could not get through to the teacher. So, they had to get her father involved.

"I'm like no, she's really going to hate me if we get dad involved," @scaredandsobbing recalled. "She's like, I have to because you just got a detention for dropping your pencil. You got in-school suspension three times this week."

The next day, her father picked her up from school. He grabbed her hand and marched into the school, screaming the name of her teacher.

When he got to the teacher's classroom, he started yelling at her and threatening to sue her and everyone she knew.

"I'm going to sue you, I'm going to sue your mother, your father; I'm going to sue the district, I'm going to sue the principal, and you know what? I'm going to sue your children, too," her dad said.

The teacher began to cry, which angered @scaredandsobbing even more. He asked the teacher what she was crying for because his daughter had been crying every day due to her treatment.

The teacher tried to claim that she didn't do anything, but they all knew that was a lie. The teacher never gave @scaredandsobbing a detention ever again.

Her story struck a nerve with many TikTok users, who proceeded to share their own experiences of being unfairly targeted by teachers.

"I got screamed at for disrupting the class because an apple fell out of my backpack while I was getting out my binder. I think sometimes it's just the last straw, and they take out their frustration from the whole class on one kid," commented one user.

"Girl, same. One time, in 4th grade, I tripped over a chair, and the teacher accused me in front of the whole class of doing it for attention," shared another.

"As a Muslim child, teachers hated me too and would also do those crazy fake scenarios like one time in elementary school, I got detention because I guess I stepped in a puddle, and it splashed the way kids do, and the teacher said I was deliberately trying to splash her. I really had adults beefing with me from the age of eight and up," wrote a third.
