While TikToker Gia (@giathemillenial) was on a first date, she got cursed out. She went on a date with this guy who lived about an hour away from her. When he showed up at the restaurant, he already seemed a little irritated.
The date went well and lasted about 45 minutes. As they were getting ready to leave, Gia’s friends called her and asked her to meet up with them at a bar.
Gia invited her date to come along. The problems all started when Gia jokingly asked if his name was really Ryan while they were waiting for their ride.
“It was funny because I had just gone on a date with a guy a couple of days before that whose name was Jack or something on his profile, but his name was actually Steven, so I was just curious,” said Gia.
However, her date seemed to take great offense at that. He accused her of not knowing his name, even after he paid for her dinner. He wasn’t aggressive toward her, but he was clearly upset about it.
He ended up kissing her, but as soon as they got in the car, his mood changed. She tried to be fun and playful with him, but he wasn’t having it.
Once they reached the bar, she asked him if he wanted to leave because she could tell he was upset, and the whole vibe was off. But he insisted on joining her for drinks.
She was no longer interested in him and was hoping that she could disappear with her friends and go their separate ways. She didn’t want to let him buy her a drink.
When she asked the bartender for a beer, her date tried to pay for it, even though she told him no.

So, she turned to him, thanked him for dinner, and quietly let him know that it wasn’t going to work out. He stood up and started cursing and screaming at her.
“He’s just yelling at me in this packed bar,” said Gia. “My friend was with a guy, and the guy jumped up and had to get in his face. The bouncer person comes, and they push him out. He’s yelling now through the window at me and cussing and all this stuff.”
He sent her multiple text messages, telling her that she was fat and looked nothing like her pictures. She blocked him from texting her.
About 35 to 40 minutes later, she checked her phone again and saw a bunch of angry videos from him on Snapchat.
The bartender offered her free shots once he realized that the guy wasn’t Gia’s boyfriend and that she had suffered through such a terrible first date. It was by far the worst date she had ever been on.
