A few days ago, TikToker Rachel (@alltheradreads) went on a date with a man who was the biggest walking red flag she had ever seen in her life. They made plans to meet up for ice cream.
He asked her to let him know when she was on the way and proceeded to be 10 to 15 minutes late for the date. When he arrived, they started making small talk. He smelled so strongly of cologne that it made her eyes water.
He paid for her ice cream, which was nice of him. Then, he randomly began walking down a street lined with shops and restaurants, so she followed. He hit his vape the entire time they were on the walk.
When she mentioned she worked in social media, he told her that a 12-year-old could do her job. She explained that she talked about books and reading on her channels. He proudly admitted that he had never finished a book in his life.
“That should have been all I needed to just get on out of there, but we were on a walk, and I was willing to hear him out,” said Rachel.
“He talked a lot about his roster and how his is precious. So, he’s very possessive of his women and doesn’t want them to be with anybody else when he is with them because it’s so sacred to him.”
Apparently, it was very easy for him to meet women. Just the other day, he was in the grocery store and somehow got a woman’s phone number after asking her where the bathroom was.
They kept walking so he could show off his car to Rachel. He was offended when she didn’t know what kind of car it was. He then wanted to take her on a drive.
She stupidly agreed because she was trying to go with the flow. Before she sat down on his leather seats, he called her fat and made her check her back pockets to see if there was anything in them.

“Clearly, he and I were not a vibe,” said Rachel. “And my biggest takeaway from this is I need a man who reads or has read. A book would be a fantastic start, which just reiterates that the bar is in hell when it comes to dating.”
Many TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on Rachel’s latest first date.
“He insulted you so many times. Please learn to walk away from these situations,” stated one user.
“The minute he made the comment about your job, I would have left,” wrote another.
“I would have farted and left it in his seat,” joked a third.
“Great first date! He told you exactly how terrible the relationship would be,” commented someone else.
