One day during lunch, TikToker @missgoldieloc and her coworker were talking about their weekends. Her coworker revealed that her weekend had been pretty good, considering the fact that her husband had passed away.
Apparently, she had been suspecting for a while that her husband was cheating on her, but she didn’t have any proof. Before she could confront him about it, he passed away.
This past weekend, she was just sitting around at home when she received a phone call from a strange woman telling her to check on her husband.
The woman gave her an address, so she hung up the phone, hopped in the car, and started driving. Finally, she arrived at a hotel. She went up to the front desk and asked for her husband’s room number.
Then, she went to his room and saw that the door was slightly cracked. She knocked on the door, but no one answered. So, she just pushed open the door and found her husband lying in bed.
“He never said or did anything,” said @missgoldieloc. “You would think that once the door opened that he would have jumped up or whatever to see who was coming through the door. She was so scared that she didn’t go inside the room because she didn’t know what she was going in there to witness.”
The coworker called the police and explained the situation. The police went into her husband’s room and discovered that he was dead in the hotel bed.
He was not wearing any clothes. She put two and two together and concluded that he must have been there with another woman, specifically the woman who had called and given her the address.
A police officer took her statement, and she didn’t stick around after that. She told the police to find the woman he had been with so she could deal with this instead.

“And when she was telling the story, when I tell you this lady was telling this story like she had not an ounce of care in the world,” said @missgoldieloc. “I’m talking about, she had no remorse at all.”
In the comments section, many TikTok users were understanding of the fact that the coworker seemed to be more relieved than anything else.
“She checked out of the relationship a long time ago! I get it,” commented one user.
“She may have been going through a lot for a long time from him and now was finally at peace,” pointed out another.
“Knew a similar story, but the other woman called his brother first, and he came and put clothes on before they called 911. He died from a heart attack in the middle of the act, and that’s how the wife found out. Obviously, the brother knew about the affair all along. 30 years of marriage ends like that,” added a third.
