Mom Who Went Missing Found Cut To Pieces On Her Former Father-In-Law’s Properties

Christopher abused Nicole for years, according to her family, and she finally left him after he kidnapped and beat her.

While he was incarcerated, she finally filed for divorce. She also obtained an order of protection against him but decided to drop that because she did not want it to negatively impact Elijah.

On October 21st, 2019, Nicole drove Elijah to his father’s house and dropped him off, but she never picked him up from school the following day like she was supposed to.

Nicole’s family immediately became concerned, because she would never forget her little boy like that.

Her family reported her as missing, and six days later, she was found burned and cut to pieces on two of her former father-in-law’s properties.

Christopher and his father, Angel Rivera, were both found accused of murdering Nicole so that they could have sole custody of Elijah.

They were both recently found guilty of second-degree murder, abuse of a human body, and tampering with evidence.

The father and son were each handed life sentences for murdering Nicole, and they additionally were given 15 years each for abusing her body and tampering with evidence.

Nicole’s family has gone on to create the Nicole Montalvo Foundation to help educate young people about the signs of domestic violence.
