Kandi’s loved ones have not given up hope that someone will come forward with key information soon.

Kandi has blonde hair and blue eyes. She weighs about 110 pounds and is 5’8. She was last seen wearing a pink, one-piece romper.
Kandi’s family is now offering a $10,000 reward for any information that leads to Kandi.
