A couple of weeks ago, she learned that her ex is dating his very best friend. She figured this out after she decided to see what he was doing through social media.
While she was dating him, she did feel uneasy about his female best friend, and it seems that she had a good reason to feel that way.
She’s devastated that her ex is with his best friend, and it has really set her back on her path of moving on from her breakup.
“The news of their relationship brought me back a thousand steps, and I feel even worse than I did before,” she said.
“Even now, he still has a meaningful impact on my life — I have so many healthy habits, hobbies, and behaviors that I picked up from him.”
“I feel so behind, and I would love some perspective and advice on how to understand this situation and what to do to move on.”
