“She did, however, lose quite some weight over the past two years, making her look even prettier and getting her more attention,” he said.
He had no problem informing his girlfriend that he doesn’t want her to be able to kiss other guys when she feels like it. Although she seemed quite let down by his answer, a few hours after their conversation, she once again said to him that she’s invested in their relationship.
He can’t help but feel strange and envious that she asked this of him, and it also makes him doubt their relationship.
“My girlfriend that was never really interested in other people, now all of the sudden she is interested in other men and also wants to engage physically with them,” he continued.
“A few days ago, she mentioned that some good-looking guy at work told her that he was unhappy in his relationship and that he was scared that his girlfriend was pregnant.”
“I did not think much of it back then, but now I’m thinking, why would a colleague tell such a personal thing, was he hitting on her? Also, there is an upcoming work party that he organized. This feels like a red flag.”
Dumping his girlfriend is the last thing that he wants to do, but he’s hesitant about how she’s going to feel a few years down the line if she’s already saying she wants to do what she wants with other guys.
