Her Estranged Sister Saw Her Elaborate Christmas Decorations On Social Media And Tried To Invite Their Family Over For Christmas Day, But She Said That Neither Her Sister Nor Her Sister’s Family Was Welcome To Celebrate The Holiday With Her

And her sister is honestly not in the best financial position. Apparently, her sister is also married to a man who is unemployed, and they had three children together, who are all under the age of twelve. On top of that, her sister works in retail and has a bunch of medical debt.

Anyway, it appears that her sister was going through her social media accounts recently and saw how elaborately she and her family celebrate Christmas at her house. Then, her sister reached out and made small talk for a little while.

Just a few minutes later, though, her sister apparently claimed that as her family’s “gift,” her sister’s family was planning to spend Christmas at her house.

And she was not just shocked by her sister inviting herself over, but honestly just did not want anyone else to be at her holiday celebration.

So, she ended up telling her sister that while she appreciated the gesture, Christmas at her house was really just for her small family.

In turn, they would like to celebrate alone and do not want to include any extended family.

Unsurprisingly, though, her sister did not take no for an answer. In fact, her sister just kept insisting that it would be “fun” and that her kids would “absolutely love to celebrate with their cousins”– even though she revealed that her kids have never even met their cousins!

So, she was forced to keep insisting that a Christmas gathering with their two families just would not be possible.

And at that point, her sister reportedly “switched tones.”

“She started telling me that they couldn’t afford Christmas for their kids and that they just wanted the kids to have a fun holiday for once,” she recalled.

Despite sympathizing with her sister, though, she still refused to have any additional family over at her house for the holiday.
