Her Husband Kept Stealing All Of The Food She Bought For Her Pregnancy Cravings, So She Actually Purchased A Second Fridge And Put A Lock On It To Keep Him Out

The only issue now, though, is that Paul has stopped talking to her for two reasons. First, he is angry that she made a large purchase without consulting him first– even though she used all of her own money. Second, he is upset that she has “turned food into war.”

So now, she has been left wondering if buying a separate fridge and putting a lock on it to keep Paul out was a reasonable solution to her problem or if it just made her a jerk.

If you kept buying food to fuel your pregnancy cravings, but your partner kept stealing it all, would you be frustrated, too? Why do you think Paul never offered to replace the items himself or at least reimburse her for them? Did she have a right to buy a fridge without asking him if she used her own money? If you had been in her shoes, how would you have handled this situation?
