Looking For A Christmas-Themed Dinner Idea Tonight? Try Making These Gingerbread Man Shaped Pizzas

-1 teaspoon of fine salt

-3 to 3 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour

In a large bowl, combine the yeast, water, and sugar. Stir until it has dissolved, then add in the egg and salt. While mixing, pour the flour in one cup at a time. Once the mixture is too stiff to stir with a fork, transfer it to a floured countertop.

Then, knead the dough for four to five minutes. If the dough is still too sticky, continue adding more flour until it is smoother. Next, form a ball out of the dough and place it in a bowl. Cover the bowl with a dishcloth and set it in a warm area for an hour to let it rise. After that, it is all ready to shape and decorate.

For the next step, preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough and shape it into a gingerbread man. Once it resembles the Christmas character, move it onto a baking sheet. Poke the dough with holes using a fork, so it does not puff up while in the oven.

Finally, slather the pizza with tomato sauce and cover it with cheese and your other desired toppings.
