TikToker @mas_cocina has a recipe for homemade heart-shaped chicken nuggets you can follow with ease. Sure, it may look like a lot of ingredients, but half of them are probably sitting in your kitchen right now. And there’s nothing super complicated to it. The recipe mainly consists of blending and mixing.

Ingredients:

-4 chicken breasts

-A tablespoon of paprika

-A tablespoon of garlic powder

-A tablespoon of onion powder

-A tablespoon of black pepper

-A tablespoon of all-purpose Greek seasoning

-A teaspoon of salt

-A cup of Italian crumbs

-1/3 cup of flour

-2 eggs

-1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream

-2/3 cup of flour

-A tablespoon of cornstarch

Directions:

Start by cutting up four chicken breasts and adding them to a blender or food processor. Blend them for fifteen to twenty seconds or until the consistency thickens. Next, add all the necessary ingredients listed above and mix them together with the blended chicken.

After combining everything together, shape the nuggets using a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Then, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Stick them in the freezer for thirty minutes to give them a firm shape before frying.

To bread the chicken nuggets, first coat each piece in flour, egg wash, and lastly, the bread crumbs. Preheat the oil and deep fry your nuggets for about eight minutes. Serve them with your sweetheart’s favorite sauce, and enjoy!
