She Walked Out Of Her Half-Sister’s Wedding After Her Father Insulted Her In His Toast, And Now Her Half Sister Is Upset With Her

Her dad then spoke for 10 minutes straight about how he was overjoyed for Erica, and he continuously said Erica was his “only” daughter.

Her other half-siblings are boys, but she is also her dad’s daughter, so it made her feel awful to be so ignored.

“I felt very bad with that like I was ten-years-old again sitting on his dining table as he said that I shouldn’t exist and that Erica was his princess,” she said.

“I got up and left without even saying goodbye, I texted Erica to tell her I was sorry when I got home.”

“I know I’m making it about myself when this was my sister’s moment, but I truly felt unappreciated. Erica got mad at me for leaving without at least letting her know.”

She’s left wondering if it was wrong of her to get up and leave in the middle of Erica’s wedding because her dad offended her.

What do you think; if you were in this situation, would you have made the most of the situation and stayed?
