-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-1 tablespoon of heavy cream
-Graham crackers
Directions:
Start by rinsing one pint of strawberries. Cut the tops off the strawberries, carve out the insides, and let them dry. In a separate bowl, combine a block of cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until the consistency turns smooth.
Scoop the cheesecake filling into a plastic Ziploc bag, cut off a corner, and pipe it into the strawberries. Then, throw some graham crackers into a plastic bag and crush them up. Where there’s cheesecake, there must also be a graham cracker crust!
Finally, dip the cheesecake-stuffed strawberries into the graham cracker crumbs. Mary’s recipe makes about fifteen strawberries.
Feel free to make these ahead of time, but wait to add the graham cracker crumbs until you serve them, so they do not become soft and mushy. You wouldn’t want to lose that crispy crunch that pairs so well with the cheesecake filling. Enjoy with your friends, family members, and loved ones!
