These Irish Cream Chocolate Truffles Require No Baking And Minimal Ingredients To Make

-2 tablespoons of heavy cream

-4 tablespoons of Irish cream

-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

-Cocoa powder

Directions:

First, melt the chocolate chips. Afterward, add Irish cream, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together, then stick it in the refrigerator for an hour.

When the mixture has firmed up, use a cookie dough scoop to shape it into balls. Dust the balls with cocoa powder and refrigerate them again for half an hour. Finally, you can coat the truffles in chopped pistachios or decorative green and gold sprinkles.

Just a side note: since these decadent chocolate truffles are made with Baileys, they’re not suitable for anyone under the age of 21 to consume. Sorry, kids! They’ll have to have a separate alcohol-free batch.
