Next, separate the dough into eight smaller balls, each weighing about seventy grams. Cover the balls, and let them rest again for another ten to fifteen minutes.
Now, we’ve reached the fun part! Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and add some shredded mozzarella cheese to the crust.
Sprinkle the cheese around the edges of the dough, then fold the edges up to cover the cheese. Set the pizza on a greased baking sheet and smear the pizza with a generous amount of Alfredo sauce.
Add more cheese on top, along with some cooked cubed chicken and your choice of herbs. Bake your pizzas at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
