So now, Chelsea was starving. He started driving, and Chelsea hoped they were headed to a restaurant. However, they ended up in a parking lot of a random high school.
“This is not his alma mater, nor is it mine. He does not have a cousin and nephew or anything like that who goes there. But he decided our surprise would be to go watch this random high school football game,” said Chelsea.
Chelsea chalked it up to nostalgia and, again, chose to keep a positive attitude. She tried to enjoy watching the game, but her date couldn’t seem to let go of the fact that she was a vegetarian.
“So by the time the game gets over, because we did stay for the whole game, I could not be more ready to go home, put some sweats on, and pour myself an enormous bowl of cereal,” she said.
However, that wasn’t her date’s plan. Instead, he wanted to take her somewhere to eat that would be suitable for a vegetarian. So Chelsea started listing off a bunch of places, but he rejected all of them.
Suddenly, he had an idea of where she could find a vegetarian meal. So he started driving again, and this time Chelsea found herself in a 7-Eleven parking lot, where she bought a bag of potato chips.
When she finally got home, she feasted on a huge bowl of cereal.
