Her Ex-Husband Got Upset With Her For Dyeing Their Daughter’s Hair Red Even Though She Wanted To Look Like The Little Mermaid

“My ex got her to wash her hair, and he didn’t tell me. I was furious,” she explained.

“Grace was meant to use a color-safe shampoo, and her hair was washed just before she got her hair dyed to maximize the color of her hair.”

Despite having been shown the packaging, which clearly stated to use the specific color-safe shampoo, her ex claimed that he didn’t know that regular shampoo would make the color fade so much.

Still, she didn’t believe this excuse one bit and kept pressing and asking questions until her ex finally spilled the truth.

He explained to her that they went to his boss’ barbeque over the weekend, and he thought that the original shade of Grace’s hair would have been too distracting.

Later, Grace even told her mother that she tried to say she needed to use special shampoo but that her father said his shampoo would make no difference.

“He blames me for not saying her hair would be so bright, although it turned out like the reference pictures on the packet for platinum blonde,” she said.

“I told him that it was his fault for approving it without checking all the details.”

After all of this, she decided to re-color Grace’s hair with the leftover product in hopes of reviving the color.

But now, her ex is angry that she didn’t check with him about this first and that she did it without his permission.

“I dyed Grace’s hair temporarily because she wanted it. It was a fun way for her to express herself, and it wasn’t harming her or anyone else,” she vented.
