She Says That She Got A Creepy Guy Fired For High Fiving Her

“Later that day, I overheard him talking in the social area, saying that he’s been asked to move to a different hostel at the week’s end and will not be allowed to come back. He said whoever made a complaint is [rude] for not just talking to him themselves, and instead getting him fired,” she said.

While she still thinks his behavior was creepy and uncalled for, she never meant for him to get fired. Now she’s wondering if she should have just confronted him about it first.

Do you think she did the right thing by reporting Joe’s behavior? Or do you think she should have gone about it another way?
