Her Husband Nearly Destroyed Their Marriage For Another Woman, And She Just Found Messages Between Them Saying They Love Each Other
This 27-year-old woman and her 30-year-old husband have been married for 7 years, but it hasn’t always been smooth sailing.
Back in 2019, several things happened that caused them to fall apart. In December 2018, she learned she was pregnant with their second child, but then her husband’s mom got sick and sadly passed away quite quickly.
This caused her husband to check out of their marriage completely, even as she did her best to support him. Her husband wanted nothing to do with her and wouldn’t even look at her.
As her pregnancy progressed, her husband continued ignoring her existence, yet he had a female family friend named M, and he dropped everything to pander to her.
“I felt just like a burden; he did nothing to help me during my high-risk pregnancy with our son nor help me with our 1-year-old daughter,” she explained.
“We ended up separating at the beginning of 2020 after I had been ignored for pretty much my whole pregnancy and the entire year.”
“We separated for 3 years after that; I ended up having a relationship with one guy, A, but it was very off and on, but we ended on good terms (my husband really hates this guy still), and my husband CLAIMS to have never dated or anything with anyone else.”
Throughout the three years that they were separated, her husband pleaded with her to take him back. He also mentioned that he was sorry and had changed.
In January of last year, she and her husband did get back together, and they moved to Utah for a fresh start.

Ever since, her marriage has been going great, and things between her and her husband are better than they have ever been.
“At least I thought it was,” she said. “I cut contact with the guy I had a fling with because that’s what he wanted (understandably).”
“He knows how I felt about M; it had been a conversation we had before several times, and I hadn’t heard or seen anything about her in a while I assumed they no longer had contact. Well, I was wrong because I found messages between them on his Apple watch a month or so ago.”
Her husband had muted all of the messages between him and M, and while many of the messages seemed pretty innocent to her, she came across a screenshot M sent her husband of her love language test results.
It honestly hurt her to realize her husband couldn’t let go of this woman.
She later confronted her husband about the messages, and he said he was thinking of cutting off all contact with M.
However, her husband clearly had never stopped speaking to M, and she knew he was lying to her face about no longer wanting M in his life.
Then two weeks ago, her husband went away for a work trip to another state, and he called her every single night.
He was super sweet and said he missed her, and she was touched by that. After he came home from his work trip, she had a strange feeling to look through his messages, and she saw that her husband had been talking to M the entire time he was away.
“He FaceTimed with her multiple times, told her he loved her very much, and he misses her,” she added.
“He tells her that this is their goodbye and that he knows he needs to respect me, but he doesn’t want this kind of space from her. She tells him that no matter how much time and space between them, they will always find a way to reconnect and that this goodbye isn’t forever, just “for now.”
“They say that maybe one day I’ll realize that “it’s not like that” between them, and they’ll be able to reconnect. There’s even a message where he calls her good-looking and says it was crazy to see the scars on her legs. I already confronted him about it, but I still feel so heartbroken, and the biggest thing about it is that he didn’t apologize once for any of it.”
She pointed out to her husband that he was aware doing this would cause her pain, yet he kept on speaking to M regardless of her feelings.
She asked her husband how he would feel if the tables were turned, and she had been sending those kinds of messages to A, the guy she dated when they had been separated.
Her husband replied that he would be done with her if that was the case. She simply stared at her husband, not having anything to say back to that, and the conversation ended.
In light of all this, she feels as if her husband does not actually love her at all and is simply pretending to.
“He’s nice to me and hugs and kisses me and everything it all feels so genuine,” she continued. “But it hurts now.”
“Every nice little thing he does for me aches because all I can think about is how he told another girl that he loves her.”
