First dates are always a little awkward. If only that were the worst they could get. Unfortunately, they can also be dangerous, especially for women.

TikToker Alyson LaRue (@thealysonlarue) went on a bad first date with a guy who reminded her of Ted Bundy. He also had the worst table manners and continuously violated her personal space, even after she said it made her uncomfortable.

She met a guy on a dating app who seemed super sweet and funny, so she was looking forward to going on a date with him. They settled on meeting up at a restaurant. About 30 minutes before she planned on heading out to the restaurant, he called her to inform her that his friend lived right around the corner from the restaurant, so she could park on his street for free.

When she showed up, she found out that his friend did not actually live right around the corner from the restaurant. He lived about a 25-minute walk away. If she had known, she would have just parked in front of the restaurant. On the walk to the restaurant, she could tell that she didn’t really have a romantic connection with this guy.

After they arrived at the restaurant and took their seats, he started to complain about the state of his finances, saying that he was sick of going on dates and paying for them. Alyson immediately offered to split the bill with him, already knowing that she did not want to see him ever again.

Then, he told her that she was really pretty and proceeded to stare at her for a long time. Once the food arrived, they dug in. He was making an absolute mess at the table with his macaroni and cheese.

He even burped and blew his nose loudly right in front of her. He also asked her about the worst date she had ever been on. She explained that her worst date was with a guy who was super touchy, which made her uncomfortable.

Seven minutes later, he instructed her to give him her hand. At first, she thought he wanted to look at the ring she was wearing, but he just held her hand and started rubbing it, all while staring at her creepily. She tried to pull her hand away, but he only let go when the server brought their dessert.

Then, he asked if she wanted to come over to his place so he could cook stuffed peppers for her. She initially declined, but when he kept insisting, she agreed to go to his place later in the week to get him to stop bugging her. He also rambled on about all the other dates they could go on together.

By the end of their date, it had gotten dark outside, and she still needed to walk 25 minutes back to her car with this man. She was scared that he would murder her. He reminded her exactly of Ted Bundy because of the way he looked and the vibes he gave off.

During the walk, he declared that he wanted to hold her hand. She told him that her hands were cold, so she would just put them in her pockets.

He then shoved his hand into her pocket so he could still hold her hand. She came up with various excuses to make him stop holding her hand, but he never got the hint.

Finally, she told him upfront that she did not want him to put his hand in her pocket. He suggested that they link arms and then pulled her close to him as they walked. The whole time he held her arm, he kept squeezing her bicep, commenting on how powerful she was.

She bragged about being able to beat up anyone, trying to make herself seem incredibly strong in case he was thinking about kidnapping her. When they finally reached their cars, he checked his friend’s location on his phone to see if he was at home.

Alyson made a remark on how many people she shared her location with, adding that her roommates were probably checking on her at that very moment. He stated that he didn’t like that one bit.

Before they parted ways, he grabbed her for a hug and squeezed her waist tightly. When she broke away, she quickly got into her car and locked it. As she drove off, he just stood there staring after her.

A few nights later, he texted her about random religious groups, which was when she was forced to tell him that she wasn’t interested in him.
