Easter is a great holiday for brunch lovers, as so many Easter parties take place during brunch time and often are filled with the best brunch foods and cocktails.

As much as people love a good, classic mimosa at an Easter brunch or party, sometimes, it’s fun to switch things up and try something new.

If you want to have a fun-filled Easter brunch and need a delicious, refreshing cocktail to serve, we’ve got just the one for you.

Easter Brunch Punch is the perfect drink for an Easter party, as it’s colorful, citrusy, refreshing, and easy to serve.

Here are the steps to creating a brunch punch that is guaranteed to keep your guests happy.

Easter Brunch Punch

Ingredients:

  • 32 ounces of strawberry lemonade
  • 32 ounces of pineapple juice
  • 1 liter of club soda or seltzer
  • 16 ounces of vodka
  • 1 bottle of prosecco or champagne
  • Fresh orange, lemon, and strawberry slices (for garnish)
  • Granulated sugar (for garnish)

Before assembling your brunch punch, if you have time, you can rim each of your guests’ glasses with sugar to add a bit of festivity to the drink.

Run a slice of orange around each glass’ rim, then the rims onto a plate of granulated sugar until each rim is evenly coated. Then, set the glasses aside so your guests can fill them with punch.

Grab a large punch bowl and fill the bottom with ice to make your brunch punch. Then, add the strawberry lemonade, pineapple juice, club soda, vodka, and prosecco to the bowl and give everything a good stir.

Finally, stir in as many fresh orange, lemon, and strawberry slices as you’d like, and be sure to set a few pieces gently on top of the punch for a pretty garnish.

Add a ladle to your punch bowl and watch as your guests happily drink it up.

There you have it; that’s everything you need to make this delicious Easter Brunch Punch.

If you want to make sure you’re able to make more punch if the first batch runs out, it’s always a good idea to purchase a second set of ingredients so your guests won’t be left disappointed.
