His Girlfriend Accused Him Of Leading Her On For Three Years Because He Won’t Propose, But He Made It Clear From The Start That He Never Wanted To Get Married

“She said [that] since we’ve been together a few years, she thought I’d have started thinking about proposing. I asked why she thought that when I made my feelings about marriage perfectly clear, and she even said she agreed.”

His girlfriend told him she figured that his beliefs were something he would’ve changed or gotten over after being with her for over three years.

He stood his ground and told his girlfriend he did not want to get married and would not propose to her. Then, his girlfriend accused him of “leading her on” over the years, which he finds ridiculous, as he’s never hinted that he wants to get married.

Now, his girlfriend believes he’s not serious about their marriage, and he isn’t sure what to do.

Should he reconsider marriage or stand by his beliefs?
