However, his fiancée actually went to his parents and sobbed about the entire situation.
“And they aren’t happy that I checked out without hearing her perspective,” he vented.
In his mind, though, he simply didn’t feel anything at the time. His siblings also agree that he didn’t do anything wrong.
Still, after talking to his parents, he can’t help but wonder if immediately walking away upon finding out about his fiancée’s affair was really justified or not.
