“Today, he’s said he’s super unhappy in our relationship because of the dog,” she said. “I told him that I’m never ever ever getting rid of the dog as he’s my baby boy (obviously) and really isn’t doing anything wrong other than normal dog things.”
“He’s not aggressive, is quiet (other than slamming his toys on the hardwood and whining occasionally when I can’t be in the room with him), and really has no bad habits other than chewing an occasional sock that doesn’t get put in the laundry.”
“I’m just wondering if there’s any compromise to this situation other than dumping the boyfriend? Or waiting for him to make the decision to leave on his own? I really love him, but I’m struggling to hear him say he’s so unhappy over something he had knowledge of prior to ever even going on a date.”
