Recently, a 22-year-old man was arrested for being enrolled in White Bear Lake High School in Minnesota as a 17-year-old varsity football player. TikToker @iamhonestiix2 is telling her story of how she met him.
She had just graduated from high school and moved to St. Paul to work a job with one of her cousins. Their job would be to go from door to door to promote the company.
She got hired almost immediately, which she now realizes was a red flag. Within her first week, her 22-year-old manager announced that a friend he went to school with would be joining the team.
His friend was named KJ, and he rode his bike to work every single day. He said that he was 18 years old and that his documents were messed up because he was not from this country.
TikToker @iamhonestiix2 didn’t think anything of it, and they even became good work friends as they continued chatting.
One day, after finishing up with work, they all headed back to the office in their van, and KJ was talking about this girl he had been seeing for a while. He mentioned that people were trying to place allegations on him, which @iamhonestiix2 thought was odd.
Then, a few days ago, she saw a news story about an unidentified individual over the age of 21 who was enrolled in the White Bear Lake High School and was on the varsity football team. There weren’t any pictures or other details about the individual.
She went to work like normal, and after her 8-hour shift, she checked her phone again. A picture popped up of the individual, and it was KJ. The article said that he had committed a robbery outside of school and got in trouble for it.
They ran a background check on him, which showed charges against him and the fact that he was enrolled in a high school.

“So, you guys are telling me this 22-year-old man committed a robbery outside of school, and in order for him to even get caught being enrolled in a high school falsely, he had to commit a robbery? For him to get put in jail?” said @iamhonestiix2.
Several TikTok users in the comments section shared their own encounters with KJ. It seemed that the 22-year-old had been posing as a high school student for quite some time.
“He was also enrolled at my high school during my junior year (I graduated in ’24) from Centennial, so he has done this before at a different school,” stated one user.
“He also used to go to Forest Lake as a senior, and when everyone found out, he left and became a senior at a new one,” commented another.
“My best friend was in his grade. One of her friends was almost one of his victims, but she thought something was off,” chimed in a third.
