Back in May 2024, TikToker @lovecycletaeandkay was scrolling through TikTok when a man’s video caught her eye. He was attractive, silly, and funny. He turned out to be an inmate, and she ended up getting pregnant by him during their first visit.
Over time, they got to know each other and decided that they were going to be in an exclusive and serious relationship. They talked for about six months before she got approved to be on his list of visitors.
A month or two later, she finally went to see him in prison. He looked even better than he did in his photos or videos.
They greeted each other, sat down, and chatted, enjoying each other’s company. All of a sudden, a big fight broke out between an inmate and his family.
Security ran over to deal with the situation. While they were occupied, she ran into the bathroom to hide, and the inmate she was talking to followed her.
They hooked up in the bathroom during all the chaos. She ended up getting pregnant with twins. He still has 15 years of his sentence left to serve, so there’s no way he can help physically, financially, or emotionally support her through this pregnancy.
She also doesn’t have a job and is relying on her family.
“To make the situation worse, my family does not know that I’m pregnant by a man who’s incarcerated,” she said.
“They don’t even know that I’m pregnant at all. I don’t even know how I’m going to tell my family, who’s supporting me, that I’m pregnant with twins by somebody who’s incarcerated.”

When she tried to leave him at one point, he sent her a video of himself crying and begging her not to give up on their relationship.
That emotional plea convinced her to stay, and they’re planning on getting married eventually. Now, she’s asking the internet to donate funds to help her raise her babies.
In the comments section, thousands of TikTok users reacted strongly to her story. They expressed their disbelief and confusion as to why she would be attracted to an inmate in the first place.
They also doled out harsh judgment, questioning her decision-making skills. Not a single individual could relate to her situation. Some even refused to believe the story is real.
“I would never make a mistake like this, sorry. How does an inmate catch your eye?! Please,” commented one user.
“You said he was fine, silly, and funny, like those are traits exclusive to prison,” stated another.
“I have never found myself in a place to even be browsing inmate lists,” declared a third.
Hopefully, she’ll be able to successfully prepare for life as a single mother of twins.
