Harold mentioned that Ashley’s body was somewhere in the northern part of Newton Township, just south of Battle Creek.

Extensive searches were conducted there in the woods with the hopes of finding Ashley’s remains, and Harold was also flown over there to help look, but so far she remains missing.

While performing a “forensic social media search” authorities also learned that Harold had been looking up things about serial killers and grave robbing.

Late last month, Harold was officially charged with the premeditated murder of Ashley, and he remains behind bars in Pennsylvania.

Detectives are dedicated to putting more information together in order to finally bring Ashley home, and they’re hoping that members of the public might also be able to help.

Both Ashley’s mom and dad sadly passed away last spring, which means they never got a chance to see justice served or answers brought about in Ashley’s disappearance.

Ashley’s sister Nicole has kept up a Facebook page the family created to raise awareness for Ashley, which you can follow here.
