Saul was arrested and ultimately charged with possession of firearms, false imprisonment, kidnapping, domestic violence, torture, mayhem, rape, criminal threats, and possession of cocaine with the intent to sell.
Right now, Saul is behind bars at the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center, where he is being held on bail that has been set at one million dollars.
“There is reason to believe Ortega may have victimized others,” the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office continued.
