In fact, while they were getting off the plane, the man actually had the nerve to walk up to her, whisper that she was a “fat jerk,” and claim that he pays “too much money for first class to be surrounded by children.”
But quite frankly, she has no clue what pissed the guy off so much. Her toddler was the only child seated in first class, and her daughter did not misbehave or even cry whatsoever.
Still, after retelling the entire incident during Thanksgiving dinner, she was shocked to learn that many of her family members actually agreed with the guy.
Apparently, her family told her that she should book economy next time since people pay extra specifically to relax while flying first class.
So now, she has been left feeling totally confused about what happened and is wondering if flying first-class with her toddler was really a jerky thing to do.
If her daughter was so well-behaved, why do you think the guy was so angry? Do you believe parents have a right to sit anywhere on a plane with children as long as they purchase the correct tickets? If you were in her shoes, how would you have handled this situation?
