-Two ounces of cream cheese
-Three tablespoons of kewpie mayo
-Sesame oil
-Aji-mirin
-Furikake seasoning
Directions:
The instructions for this recipe are pretty simple. First, measure out one cup of short-grain rice. Don’t forget to wash the rice before you cook it! That is always a must.
Next, add a cup of water, stick it in the rice cooker, and after a little while, you’ll have fresh, fluffy, and fragrant rice at the ready. And all you had to do was hit a button to prepare it.
If you don’t have a rice cooker already, I highly recommend that you purchase one. They are so convenient and totally worth the price, especially if you’re always eating rice.
Then, break up some salmon in a bowl, and add in the imitation crab, green onions, cream cheese, and kewpie mayo. Combine the ingredients together.
Once the rice is finished cooking, scoop it into a casserole dish. Drizzle a bit of sesame oil, Furikake rice seasoning, and mirin over the top. If you don’t know what mirin is, it’s basically just a sweet rice seasoning.
