She eventually called her grandfather and asked him to come to pick her up, as she was too scared to go to sleep in her house.
“In retrospect, I should have called the police, but I wasn’t thinking straight,” she recalls. She even shivered behind the couch with a knife while she waited for her grandfather.
Thankfully she is okay, but that night traumatized her. So what could have happened? She thinks someone must have followed her home after her nature walk that day.
Apparently, there had been reports of drifters in those woods. However, she has no specific evidence as to who the intruder was.
