She did her best to only let this girl believe that she was concerned about her and nobody else, even though, yes, she was worried about her other clients getting an infection too.
Her company was willing to give this girl a complete refund, but she kept saying that she had to have her makeup done that day.
“My manager ended up sort of siding with me and not forcing me to do it, but talked to her and asked if she’d be okay with just eyeshadow and not a full face (which I still didn’t really want to do, but if she agreed to that, I would have),” she said.
“She kept insisting on a full face and made a big scene, ended up calling me…a “Karen,” then eventually stormed out.”
She’s left wondering if she should have agreed to do this girl’s makeup despite her concerns. What do you think?
