Egg Bites Are A Quick And Easy Idea For Breakfast On The Go

Eggs are a regular fixture at the American breakfast table. There are so many different ways to cook them.
Whether they’re hard-boiled, soft-boiled, scrambled, or sunny side up, there’s a method for cooking eggs that’s right for every individual.
Here is yet another way to prepare your morning eggs. Shake up your breakfast with some egg bites.
These egg bites may be little, but they’re packed with a powerful punch and a decent amount of protein that make for a filling breakfast. Of course, you can also grab them on the go.
A TikToker named Marisol (@firstdayof.spring) is demonstrating how to assemble the egg bites. They can be modified to include your family’s favorite ingredients. Marisol makes a vegetarian version as well as a version for meat lovers in her video.
Her page is all about simple, delicious recipe ideas you can make for meal prep or a weeknight dinner.
So let’s get into the recipe! The quicker we get into it, the sooner you can enjoy your egg bites.
First, add chopped bell peppers, onions, and chicken sausage to a pan. Next, sauté them with paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Once that’s done, add cooked hash browns to the mix. Then, in a muffin tin, crack six eggs in each of the sections. Make sure to spray your muffin tin with cooking spray before adding the eggs.

Next, add some feta cheese, spinach, and some sun-dried tomatoes. These will be your vegetarian egg bites.
In the other half of the muffin tin, add the chicken sausage mixture and top it with shredded cheese. Then, fill each cup with whisked eggs.
Finally, pop them in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for twelve minutes. The egg bites can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
And there you have it! Enjoy this super quick and yummy breakfast.
