He Bought His Girlfriend Six Dozen Roses On Valentine’s Day And Got Accused Of Making His Girlfriend’s Sisters’ Husbands Look Bad Because They Got Their Wives Basically Nothing

Apparently, they accused him of making them look horrible– since one husband only purchased a left-over bouquet with tulips that were half-dead, and the other husband didn’t buy anything at all for Valentine’s Day.

He is not sure why the husbands did that and wonders whether they were both going to use the familial commotion as an excuse to forego Valentine’s Day.

Either way, though, his girlfriend wound up sharing some of her roses with her sisters. But, it was still pretty obvious the blooms came from him– and not the other husbands.

Now, after hearing from the husbands, his first instinct was to pat himself on the back. Afterward, though, his girlfriend’s mother and father also reached out to him and actually claimed that he should apologize.

Apparently, they said they appreciated him always making romantic gestures to their daughter.

However, they pointed out how he could afford to do that, and the other husbands could not.

His girlfriend’s parents also admitted to realizing “where things are going” and believe they will all be family soon.

So, they thought it would be a good idea if he made peace with his girlfriend’s brothers-in-law before he married into the family.

Now, he claims that he never intended to hurt his girlfriend’s sisters’ relationships or upset their husbands.

At the same time, though, he revealed how he never expected the husbands to be such bad partners that they did not even think to get their wives flowers for Valentine’s Day.

“But, maybe I’m wrong for holding them to the standard I have set for my own relationship,” he vented.
