The Parents That She Was Babysitting For Didn’t Come Home On Time, So She Got Worried And Called The Police

“I promise I wouldn’t have called the police if they had answered my texts or calls,” she explained.

“I didn’t call to get them in trouble. I was worried. But they told my mom that I’m not mature enough to be babysitting if that’s how I’m going to behave.”

She feels a little guilty for calling the police after the way they reacted, but knows deep down that as responsible parents, they needed to answer their phones.

“What if there was something wrong with their kids?” she wonders.

Do you think she was right to call the police, or was there another way the situation could have been handled?
