He’s Embarrassed By His Girlfriend’s Style And Feels She Dresses Too Inappropriately, But He Isn’t Sure How To Broach The Topic

He claimed that his girlfriend still looks incredible in these get-ups. Nonetheless, he has noticed that her outfits are just not appropriate for the places they frequent.

Instead, he believes outfits that are more elegant would actually make his girlfriend look even better. Plus, because she tends to dress so revealingly on a regular basis, he actually feels kind of embarrassed that his girlfriend is so “out there.”

“It’s not that I don’t like those clothes anymore,” he clarified. “Because if we’re going out to a bar, club, or festival, these outfits are great, and it feels fine.”

On the other hand, when it comes to dates and other formal events, his girlfriend’s style honestly just makes him uncomfortable.

Still, he’s at a loss about how to confront his girlfriend with his perspective because he doesn’t want to sound like a hypocrite or as though he is shaming her.

That’s why he’s been left trying to figure out the best way to start a conversation about his girlfriend’s style without upsetting her.

Are our twenties a big transition period when it comes to our wardrobe? Does it sound like his girlfriend’s style is just maturing later than other people’s? Regardless, can you understand why he is a bit embarrassed when they go to certain dinners and events? How do you suggest he handles this situation?
