So Rochelle introduced them to each other, even though this was not part of the plan. Her roommate invited them to grab drinks with her after dinner, and Rochelle’s date enthusiastically agreed.

After they arrived at the bar and ordered their drinks, Rochelle’s roommate and date got into a heated discussion over which season of Gossip Girl was the best.

Eventually, her date decided to go home. Rochelle assumed that she and her roommate would also leave and go back home together, but her roommate apparently had other plans.

She told Rochelle that she was spending the night with her cousin and would have her pick her up. So Rochelle left without her. When she returned home, she checked her roommate’s location, and her roommate was not at her cousin’s house.

Instead, she was at the apartment complex that Rochelle’s date said he lived at. The next morning, she came back home. Rochelle asked how her night was, and her roommate said that she and her cousin stayed up talking all night.

The following weekend, her roommate went to her boyfriend’s place. So, on Saturday, Rochelle texted her Tinder date and invited him to come over. They ended up hooking up on her roommate’s bed.
