She Discovered That Her Husband Has Been Flirting With His Ex-Wife Behind Her Back For Seven Years, And He’s Even Been Sending Her Spicy Photos
This 35-year-old woman and her husband, 37, live in a safe and private residential area with her 13-year-old stepdaughter.
The three of them enjoy going on camping trips and traveling to new places together, and they’re all quite adventurous.
She has such a strong bond with her stepdaughter that, in her view, “She is like a daughter that I never had.”
In her husband’s previous marriage, his now ex-wife had an affair and forced him and their daughter out of their home.
Apparently, she cheated on him with a man she met while out at a bar one night, and when she demanded that he and their daughter move out, she told him that he didn’t make a high enough salary to support the family.
Several months after the divorce was finalized, she met her husband and his daughter, and she understandably feels awful for what he and his daughter experienced due to his ex-wife’s cheating.
While she’d never met her husband’s ex-wife, she’d only seen a photo of the two of them from when they got married.
Not long ago, in preparation for a camping trip that they’d planned for the following day, she was doing some cleaning in her and her husband’s bedroom. At the time, her husband and stepdaughter were out shopping for snacks to bring on the trip.
Quite often, her husband doesn’t bring his phone with him while he’s out and about, and in this instance, it was no different. As she cleaned, she saw that her husband had left his phone on their dresser.

Suddenly, her husband’s phone rang, but she didn’t answer it or see who was calling because neither of them liked the idea of looking through each other’s phones.
However, when his phone rang again, she got annoyed and wanted to at least see who was calling him.
So, she unlocked her husband’s phone and went to the missed calls to see who the contact was.
Strangely, the person who called was listed as an unknown number.
“The unknown number was texting my husband sweet things, and I could see my husband’s messages, also. Who was this person? My husband never talks to anyone I don’t know without telling me,” she explained.
As she perused the text messages, she came across photos of her husband and ex. When she made this discovery, she couldn’t understand why he was secretly communicating with his ex-wife.
Upon even further investigation, she learned that her husband and ex had been texting for seven years. The messages ranged from his ex asking him how their daughter was doing, as well as flirting about intimate details and sending spicy photos back and forth.
Understandably, she is in shock and horrified that her husband did this. Since his daughter was three years old, she has been helping take care of her.
She understands that his ex is his daughter’s biological mother, but she is devastated that he has been talking to her for years, all in secret.
“I feel really dumb that this was going on behind my back. He told me he wouldn’t speak to his ex again after what she did, and I believed him,” she shared.
Even though she can accept the idea of his ex-wife wanting to know how their daughter is doing, all of the other messages her husband hid from her for the past seven years are unforgivable in her eyes.
Her husband committed a horrible betrayal that they may not be able to work through.
After looking through her husband’s phone and discovering the messages between him and his ex-wife, she grabbed her purse and left the house.
Now, she’s spending some time at her mother’s house so that she can think things through and figure out what she wants to do moving forward.
