She Was Home Alone When She Saw Someone Sitting Outside Her Parents’ Bedroom That Night

A few days ago, this 19-year-old woman’s parents were gone for the weekend to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

Her sister, 17, was sleeping over at a friend’s house, so she had the entire house to herself.

While hanging out with her dog, she did some laundry. She washed her bedding and put it in the dryer.

Several hours later, she went to check on the bedsheets and realized that the dryer was broken and her laundry hadn’t dried at all.

Understandably frustrated, she called her parents to let them know the dryer wasn’t working.

Afterward, she decided to try to look through the spare bedsheets to see if there were any she could use in the meantime until she could eventually dry her own bedding.

However, the only spare sheets they had were for her sister’s bed, which were too small to fit on her mattress.

“I just decided that I’ll sleep in my parents’ bed since it was pretty comfy. Later that night, I’m in bed, and my dog is sleeping next to me, and I’ve got my parents’ door slightly open, just in case the dog wants to go out of the room in the night. I’m there just watching YouTube while waiting to feel tired enough to sleep when, suddenly, I get a very weird feeling coming over me,” she said.

She was a bit nervous and felt as if she was being watched, but since her dog was in the room with her, that put her more at ease.

Still, she turned on the lamp just in case before she tried to fall asleep once her phone was low on battery.

At nearly 3 a.m., she woke up, which doesn’t normally happen to her in the middle of the night.

“I look over, and my dog is asleep at the bottom of the bed, and I look to the door and see what looks like someone kneeling on the floor and kind of holding themselves up by resting on the wall,” she explained.

“I was looking for probably a minute to work out what I was looking at, and it looked like a person, so I hid under the blanket and stayed under there for a few minutes.”

Finally, when she peeked her head out from under the blanket, whatever she’d seen had disappeared.

Even though there was no longer anything creepy outside the room, she couldn’t calm down enough to get a good sleep. She was finally able to fall back to sleep at about 5 a.m., but because of this, she was thoroughly exhausted for days afterward and struggled to get back to a better sleep routine.

“I’m not really sure what that whole thing was about. There was nothing by the door that could’ve made a shape that matches someone kneeling and leaning against the wall,” she continued.

Despite this mysterious and spooky night, she doesn’t believe her family’s house is haunted. The home was built in the 1980s, so it’s not particularly old or seeped in a dark, paranormal history. She’d never experienced anything like this before, and once her parents and sister returned home, everything seemed to return to normal.

What do you think she saw outside her parents’ bedroom?
