She’s A Nanny, And She Told The Woman She Works For That She Caught Her Husband Cheating On Her

For the last three years, this 23-year-old woman has been nannying for an amazing family.
The family consists of the mother, A, the father, B, and their daughter, C.
She started nannying for them when C was about 1-month-old, and from the very beginning, they felt like a second family to her.
At the time, she was in college and studying education. Once she graduated, she waited to find a teaching position so that she could continue nannying for this family because she adored C that much. Plus, the pay was fantastic.
This past Saturday, she and her boyfriend went to a restaurant for dinner.
“To my surprise, I saw B at the restaurant as well, with a woman who was certainly not A. I tried to assume the best, thinking maybe it was a relative of his or something, but then he leaned over and kissed this woman. I was shocked and just told my boyfriend we should go somewhere else, and I pulled him out of there quickly because I did not want B to see me,” she said.
Since this incident, she went over it again and again, unsure of what she should do.
Currently, A is pregnant with her and B’s second child. So, she tried to see the situation from A’s perspective, and she wondered how she would feel if she were in A’s position.
After thinking about it, she felt that if she were A, she would want someone to tell her that her husband had been with another woman if they had that information.

So, on Monday morning, she broke the news to A. When she arrives at A and B’s house each morning to nanny, A is the one at home, and B has already left for work.
“I walked in, took a deep breath, and just explained what I had seen. I was hoping maybe she’d tell me that their relationship was open or they were already separating, but, unfortunately, that’s not what happened. She immediately got tears in her eyes and was just shaking her head in disbelief, and she kept asking me if I was SURE that I had seen him,” she explained.
In response, she assured A that she was positive it was B whom she’d seen kissing another woman, and when A left the house for work, she was still sobbing.
At the end of the day, A came home and acted quite unemotional and haughty toward her.
“I got a text later on that evening saying that she and C were going to stay with her parents for a week or two and that she wouldn’t be needing me to nanny until they got back,” she shared.
Since then, she hasn’t heard anything from A. While she felt like she did the right thing, her mother and some of her friends didn’t agree.
In their view, she was getting involved in other people’s lives. Her mother told her that she could lose her nannying job because of this, and now she’s anxious that that will happen.
After hearing her mother and friends weigh in, she feels awful and as if she’s to blame for ruining someone’s marriage and for causing stress to a pregnant woman who already has enough on her plate.
