One night, she went out with her friends to go drinking. Throughout the whole night, she got the feeling that someone kept looking at her.
She figured out that a strange guy had been the one staring at her after he approached her and her friends.
She had spotted him at some point during the night and thought he was kind of cute, but she couldn’t really tell since he was wearing a hat.
When he came up to them, he started making conversation. He ended up getting Emma’s phone number and texted her that night after she had arrived home.
He told her he was leaving the next day but that it would be nice if they could go on a quick date in the morning.
She agreed, but when morning rolled around, she regretted it. He wanted to meet up with her earlier than she expected. She also didn’t look or feel her best since she was hungover.
When he picked her up in his truck, she saw that he was super short and wasn’t as cute as she thought. During the car ride, he didn’t speak to her or make eye contact with her.

He started driving out of town, so Emma no longer recognized where she was at. She clutched the pepper spray in her pocket, convinced that she was about to meet a terrible fate. Then, she looked at him and bluntly asked if he was going to murder her.
He finally turned toward her, and with a shocked expression on his face, he stated that he had no plans to do anything of that nature.
He was yelling, which didn’t help reassure Emma.
He explained that he was taking them to a mountain so they could do some sightseeing. She thought the idea was really thoughtful, but all she wanted to do was go home.
Once she told him she wanted to go home, he immediately turned the vehicle around and dropped her back off at her place. After that, she never talked to him again.
