Most of the time, people who participate in online dating are doing so for romantic purposes. While dating apps can lead to happy relationships between loving individuals, it is a well-known fact that predators are also on the apps, using their power for evil.

TikToker Addy (@omgwheresmyjuul) is talking about how she escaped death after she almost went on a Bumble date. So, she matched with a guy on Bumble, and they decided to go on a date.

When she asked what bar they were going to, he sent her a postcode and instructed her to meet him there.

She searched up the post code and saw that there were a bunch of houses and a residential street in the area.

She asked him if they could just meet at the bar, but he was adamant that she meet him at the random location.

Eventually, he told her the name of the bar. It was in his area, which was an hour away from her place by train. Addy told him that the bar was too far away.

They had planned to go out on a Tuesday night, so she didn’t want to be out too late and have to take an expensive Uber ride back home.

She suggested that they meet somewhere in the middle, but he was firm about not changing the location.

He also told her that she was overreacting. They argued back and forth for a little while before she declared they should reschedule the date.
