She’s never been in a position where she has had to dump someone before, and she’s not sure if she has enough of an excuse to break things off with him.
But everything is feeling worse between them, and she’s beginning to resent him. She’s also losing the affection she had for this guy.
While she does care about him, she can’t understand how they can remain in a relationship, given how vapid he is.
