“She and her boss both lost their jobs. They broke up after he convinced his wife to take him back. She is working two new jobs to afford a place to stay,” he explained.
So, after seeing him, his ex-wife completely blew up on him for “tricking her” into cheating in order to avoid alimony. He didn’t respond to her remarks, either, because he knew that she might’ve been recording him.
“I do feel bad for her, but not having to support her has made my life so much better,” he admitted, “I’m dating. I’m happy.”
Still, he can’t help but wonder if “agreeing” to the open marriage just to get evidence for his ultimate divorce was really a jerky move.
