Most people go on dates looking for love. Others go searching for the truth. TikToker @erizzabef is going on a date with a married man to catch him in the act.
“So, I’m going on a date with a married man, except he doesn’t know that I know he’s married,” she said.
The whole date was going to be an undercover operation to expose what she suspected was a married man looking to cheat on his wife. She used to know this guy in high school, and they have been Facebook friends for 15 years now.
One day, he randomly reached out to her after seeing all her TikTok videos, saying that he missed her. He wanted to get together and catch up.
She has unintentionally kept up with him over the years, scrolling past his posts about life updates on social media, so she knew he was married with kids.
She thought it was weird that he was reaching out to her at all and was about to tell him so. But she decided not to blow her cover just yet. Instead, she immediately messaged his wife about the situation.
His wife asked her to do a little digging and figure out what his intentions were. So, she agreed to play along. She replied back to him, and they made plans to grab drinks at a bar on Sunday afternoon.
Behind the scenes, everything was documented and forwarded to his wife, who was quietly watching the situation unfold.
According to his wife, they usually just hung out together at home on the weekends, so she waited for him to mention his weekend plans.

On the day of the date, he told his wife that he was going out for “drinks with his buddies.” He didn’t mention anything about @erizzabef. At that point, their suspicions shifted to something more concrete.
The wife told her to proceed with the date and instructed her to ask questions about his relationship status during the conversation to hear what he had to say about it.
Would he lie? Would he admit he was married? If he did acknowledge that he had a wife, then @erizzabef should insinuate that she didn’t mind the fact that he was married, just to see how far he would go.
The final part of the plan was a sneak attack. The wife arranged for a babysitter and waited in the parking lot, ready to step in and confront him at the right moment.
If they caught him in real time, there would be no room for him to explain his way out of it. Overall, the two women made a great team. TikToker @erizzabef hopes that his wife leaves him if the evidence is incriminating enough.
