She is sympathetic to Kayla, but she didn’t want to give the bear to her at all. She did say that she was happy to send Kayla the videos that her brother used to make the bear, but Kayla insisted that was not the same as getting to have the bear for herself.
“She said since she was the one dating him, she should get the bear,” she said. Kayla screamed and cried when she refused to give her the bear.
Kayla wound up making her cry, but still, she didn’t want to give the bear away to her.
“Eventually she posted on social media how horrible I was for refusing to give it to her,” she continued.
“Some people messaged me saying to just give it to her and get another bear. Some people said it’s an impossible situation and gave their condolences.”
Her own family thinks that Kayla is experiencing grief and lashing out and in time will get over it, but Kayla has not.
Kayla continued to harass her, and Kayla’s friends did too, so she was forced to reactive her social media profiles.
She’s wondering if she’s wrong for refusing to give Kayla the bear since she knows James was in love with her and wanted to marry her one day.
She’s not sure what James would have wanted her to do in this situation.
