Her Friend Showed Up To Her Wedding And Gave Her Back The Wedding Present She Got For Her As Her Wedding Gift

“I kinda lost it then and said “WTF, this is so disrespectful! Also, I spent $4-5k for your wedding. I don’t need you to give me anything, but how could you even begin to think that this ‘evens the score’?”

“She then tried to retract what she said and I do think she felt bad, but I was so angry that I didn’t hear the rest of what she said. I gave her back the envelope, which she later put into the pile.”

Since her wedding day, she has not said a lot to Jane at all. Additionally, she let Jane know that if they were going to stay friends, Jane owed her an apology and Jane also needed to come get that envelope back.

Although she did make this all clear to Jane, Jane hasn’t had any interest in doing either of the things she asked her to do for the sake of saving their friendship.

Now, a lot of the friends that she and Jane share are aware of what happened at her wedding, and they’re not all on her side.

Around 50% of their friends believe she freaked out for no reason and does owe Jane an apology, but she won’t do that.

“…I felt Jane nearly ruined what was supposed to be the happiest day of my life,” she concluded.
